Rehabilitating water points and promoting hygiene in the communities of Dondo and Búzi.

In many communities in Dondo and Búzi, water points are broken or contaminated and families drink water from rivers and open wells. This causes cholera and diarrhoea, which hit children hardest.
We repair water points, hand out products to treat water at home, install handwashing stations in schools and train community activists in hygiene and sanitation.
Access to safe water prevents diseases such as cholera and diarrhoea, which mostly affect children.
With your support we rehabilitate water points, distribute water purification products and train community hygiene activists.
“Safe water close to home means healthier children and more time to study.”
